MTorres Foundation presents the memories of Joaquín Gortari

Understanding the political and industrial evolution of Navarra in the last 60 years, as well as valuing the figure of one of its main protagonists, have been the objectives for which the MTorres Foundation has carried out the project of telling the memoirs of Joaquín Gortari, General Secretary of the Provincial Council of Navarra for more than twenty years, who died on January 2, 2019.
