The Quality Department reserves the right to verify the product at the supplier´s facilities or those of its subcontractors.

General Specifications

Below are the technical documents that concisely detail the minimum requirements to be met by MTorres suppliers to ensure compliance with the specifications of the work to be performed, and their current versions.

  • EMT 010.070 Specifications for welded structures of capital equipment. Revision 0
  • EMT 020 040 Painting specifications Aeronautical Division and Converting. Revision 13
  • EMT 020.060 Specifications for the manufacture and testing of nodular cast iron parts. Revision 1
  • EMT 020.070 Technical specification mechanical joints. Revision 1
  • EMT 030.010 Tolerances - General finishes. Revision 5
  • EMT 030.020 Specifications for electrical-pneumatic-hydraulic assembly subcontracting and good practices at MTorres. Revision 4
  • EMT 040.010 Specifications for the subcontracting of electrical hoses for MTorres machines. Revision 0

If you require the current version of any of the documents indicated, you must request it from the Quality Department.

Sample size

Unless otherwise indicated in the purchase order, the supplier may apply sampling to its inspection plan. To establish the sample size to be inspected, the standard UNE 66020-1 Sampling Procedures for inspection by attributes (Level II).

Concessions

If, once an order has been accepted, for any duly justified reason the supplier is unable to comply with any of the technical requirements established in drawings, specifications, EMT’s, etc.…before delivering the product/service, it must request a concession from the Quality Department through the template MTDI413040 Supplier Concession Request sent by email.

NO CONCESSION REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS IT IS PROCESSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS DIRECTIVE.

Sample Size

Unless otherwise specified in the purchase order, the supplier may apply sampling to their inspection plan. To determine the inspection sample size, the UNE 66020-1 standard, "Sampling Procedures for Inspection by Attributes" (Level II), shall be applied.

Concessions

If, following the acceptance of an order, a supplier is unable to meet any of the technical requirements established in drawings, specifications, EMTs, etc., for any duly justified reason, a concession must be requested from the Quality Department prior to the delivery of the product or service. This request must be made using template MTDI413040 (Supplier Concession Request) and submitted via email.
