All the companies collecting the wooden award, made by Ilundain Training Workshop pupils, have hired young members of Lan Sarreran Program in the past year or have supported the program through a financial contribution. This program started four years ago, when Ilundáin Foundation detected the need of a specific employment program focused on young people with social problems.

Nowadays, the program has a network consisting of 180 companies that have signed corresponding collaboration agreements with the Foundation, arranged according to the needs of these companies to hire Lan Sarreran Program users.

In the past three years more than 360 people from Ilundáin Foundation and other social institutions in Navarre with collaboration agreements with Lan Sarreran Program have been helped by this program. In addition, different training courses have been carried out for more than 400 people, in order to increase their employability and options for their stable insertion in the labor market.
